PIND DADAN KHAN
Federal Minister for information and broadcasting Fawad Chaudhry said Friday that opposition cannot even hold a ‘protesting walk’, adding that no-confidence motion against government was merely a joke. “Shahbaz Sharif is using frivolous techniques to delay his accountability process” Fawad told reporters in Pind Dadan Khan on Friday. He said that opposition challenged Prime Minister Imran Khan’s government but they had no political ground for it. “PPP is a liberal party while JUI-F is a religious party. How can they become united?” he asked.
Minister said that JUI-F Chief Fazlurehman was ‘gathering students of his Madrasas’ to carry out long march. “Government cannot be ousted in this way. For this, you have to float alternative ideology and work hard” he maintained.
Fawad Chaudhary was of the view that earlier governments were responsible for Pakistan’s increasing debts. “Had Nawaz Sharif and Asif Zardari not taken foreign debts, current government would not have to take further loans for repayment” he added.
The Minister stated that former premier Nawaz Sharif had lied in front of courts to flee the country. Those who looted public wealth, I demand them to return it back, he said.
