The provincial general secretary of Awami National Party (ANP) and parliamentary leader Sardar Hussain Babak has said that all preparation regarding the no-confidence motion against Prime Minister Imran has been completed and opposition parties will achieve their goal.
In a statement issued from ANP Bacha Khan Markaz, Sardar Hussain Babak claimed that no-confidence motion has been submitted in the larger interest of the country, adding that it was representing the 220 million people of the country.
It is the responsibility of the members of the National Assembly to represent the 220 million people of the country and to support the movement, he added.
ANP provincial general secretary said that every sector of the country was suffering from destruction and devastation.
No opportunity was being missed to influence court decisions, he said, that journalism and freedom of expression have been suppressed. He alleged that due to incumbent government people have become mentally ill as inflation had reached its historic high level.
Mr Babak said that the country has been isolated in the world at the diplomatic level and every sector, including the education system and health, has been damaged.
He said that the politics of the country has been made intolerable by the PTI rulers.
In view of all these circumstances, the members of the National Assembly of the country should reject the ‘illegitimate government’ of a ‘selected person’ in the wider interest of the country, he added.
ANP leader said that the Supreme Court and the country’s accountability bodies should expose the corruption of the government and inform the people about their mismanagement.
“The people will never forgive the present corrupt, incompetent and frivolous rulers. The no-confidence motion has left Imran Khan bewildered. They should refrain from misleading and provoking the people,” he said.
