Two more matches were decided in Nighat Omar T-20 Cricket Tournament.The tournament is being organized by the Regional Cricket Association Karachi Zone-VI.
In the first match played at the Young Fighter Ground, Orangi Star Cricket Club beat National Gymkhana by 9 wickets and in the second match, Sun Cricket Club defeated North shire Cricket Club by 5 wickets.
Batting first, National Gymkhana scored 112 runs for the loss of 5 wickets in the allotted 20 overs. Abdul Rahim, Ali Shaikh, Khazeema and Abdullah Wasay got one wicket each.
Orangi Star CC achieved the required score in 14 overs with the loss of one wicket. Zohaib Idris scored an unbeaten 76 runs with 10 fours and 2 sixes. Anas Khan scored 32 runs.
Abdul Wahab took one wicket. In the second match, Northshire Cricket Club scored 146 runs for the loss of 8 wickets in the stipulated 20 overs.
SM Ali 38, Asad ul Haq 30 runs, Khawaja Muhammad Hafeez gave 25 runs and capture 3 wickets. in reply Sun CC achieved the required target in 18.1 Overs for the loss of 5 wickets.Khurram Husain Scored Unbeaten 62 runs with 8 boundaries while Rooman Ali scored 28 runs. Faizan Khan took 2 wickets for 18.
