Pakistan-Iran-Saudi Cooperation Can Promote Regional Peace: Shia Ulema Council

Shia Ulema Council Pakistan Central Secretary General Allama Dr. Shabbir Hassan Meesami said cooperation among Pakistan, Iran, and Saudi Arabia could strengthen peace, unity, and regional stability in the Muslim world.
He expressed these views while addressing a district convention and Shohada-e-Rah-e-Islam Conference organized by the district chapter of the Shia Ulema Council in Jhang.
Speaking to media representatives later, Allama Shabbir Hassan Meesami said the influence of the United States in the region was weakening while Islamic powers were becoming stronger.
He stated that Pakistan had played a positive and effective diplomatic role in improving ties between Iran, Saudi Arabia, and other Muslim countries.
The Shia Ulema Council leader observed that cooperation among Pakistan, Iran, and Saudi Arabia could lead to a new regional alignment and promote greater unity among Muslim states.
He further said economic cooperation with Iran could also prove beneficial for Pakistan’s economy.
Commenting on regional developments, Allama Meesami said Pakistan’s diplomatic and political standing at the international level had strengthened further in recent times.
He also praised Iran’s resilience and unity during difficult circumstances and claimed that international media was not fully highlighting Iran’s achievements and the challenges faced by the United States.
