Khyber Pakhtunkhwa government spokesperson Barrister Muhammad Ali Saif has accused Pakistan Democratic Movement (PDM) leadership of hatching another conspiracy to expel Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) chairman from politics and create a level field for its alliance in upcoming general elections.
In a statement, KP government spokesperson alleged that Pakistan Mulim League Nawaz (PML-N) led alliance has decided to utilize the country’s institutions to sideline former prime minister Imran Khan from politics, adding that PML-N leader Maryam Nawaz departure for London was part of the plan which he called the London Plan.
He said that the incumbent government gave a clean-chit to Maryam Nawaz in a number of alleged corruption cases and a way was paved to launch her against Imran Khan, adding that people have taken stand on the narrative built by its party leadership and all conspiracies against PTI chief would be dashed to land with public support.
“Maryam Safdar’s cases and her immediate departure to London are very meaningful developments. Another attempt has been made to deceive the people of the country,” he maintained.
Special Assistant Barrister Muhammad Ali Saif said ‘the imported government and PDM parties’ have planned to separate Imran Khan from the political process by using the constitutional institutions, but this conspiracy of PDM parties would be exposed very soon.
