KOHAT
The final match of Deputy Commissioner Peace Football League held here Saturday in Darra Adam Khel of Kohat district.
The youth participated in large number while the event was organized by Sports and Youth Affairs Department, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa.
The special guest of final match was Commandant Officer of Frontier Task Force, Col Saadat Anwar, who appreciated performance of players and awarded Rs70,000 to winning team and Rs35000 for runnerup.
Speaking at the event, Saadat Awar said that such tournaments not only attract the youth towards positive activities but also play an important role in promoting peace, unity and brotherhood in the area.
He also praised administration for excellent arrangements and expressed hope for organizing more events in the future.
