Chairman, Amun Taraqqi Party (ATP) Muhammad Faiq Shah while addressing to lawyers and youth here on Tuesday noted politics and government are only been restricted to palace conspiracies and drawing room planning, having no affiliation of people with to long way.
Whether opposition or government, they are not fulfilling their constitutional and legal obligations, he observed.
Shah said mere resources, capability and national wealth are being used for personal business and targeting political opponents. No source of self-accountability existed, he added.
Faiq made it clear that these undemocratic tactics will carry on until and unless making part of the manifesto, ideology and strategy of election and law.
He advised that such law and procedure should be prevailed wherein people ask questions. There was nothing done but tried to downgrade and tarnish dignity of each other by sitting in both houses of the parliament, Shah noted.
The ATP chief viewed billions of rupees have been spent on conduct of elections.
But, he added, the elected representatives didn’t eject from their own self.
The party leader continued to say that only protocol, utilization of resources and personal publicity have become fun politics that have plunged the country into economic and social crisis.
Shah reminded that his party has already given a strategy/action plan to pull out the country from the current crisis.
He warned that people will soon hold rulers, politicians and the bureaucracy, which have cheated the people and the country.
The ATP chairman commented that real democracy would come from people’s revolution.
He added ATP will be its vanguard.
