Petition against the disqualification of PTI chairman Imran Khan in Tosha Khana reference has been fixed for hearing by Lahore High Court (LHC).
A 3-member bench of LHC presided over by Chief Justice LHC will hear the petition on January 09.
LHC registrar office has issued cause list. Justice Abid Aziz Sheikh and Justice Sajid Mehmood Sethi are included in the bench .
It is pertinent to mention here that Imran Khan disqualification in Tosha Khana reference has been challenged.
