ISLAMABAD
Federal Constitutional Court (FCC) has fixed for hearing the petitions filed against Chief Minister (CM) KP Sohail Afridi. As per media reports, the petition filed against PTI founder Rehai Force and appeal filed against withdrawal of May 9 cases in KP will be heard on July 29. A 3-memebr bench of FCC presided over by Chief Justice FCC Amin ud Din Khan will hear the petitions. The court has issued notice to KP government and respective respondents. However court has already issued stay order in the matter of withdrawal of May 9 cases.
It may be mentioned Radio Pakistan had resorted to court against the government decision for withdrawing Peshawar attack case.
Radio Pakistan has also filed petition seeking the transfer of case from KP.
