The Peshawar High Court (PHC) decision regarding de-seating PTI leaders Omar Ayub and Shibli Faraz has been challenged in Supreme Court (SC).
Barrister Gohar has challenged this decision as counsel.
This challenge came to open at the time when PHC vacated stay order issued against de-seating Omar Ayub and Shibli Faraz on October 01 and adjourned the hearing.
PHC had issued temporary stay order on the decision of de-seating Omar Ayub and Shibli Faraz.
However the court had directed Omar Ayub and Shibli Faraz to surrender before the proper forum.
Both of the leaders have filed appeal pleas against their conviction in the courts.
Election Commission of Pakistan (ECP) had issued notification of de-seating Shibli Faraz and Omar Ayub.
