PESHAWAR
Peshawar High Court (PHC) has extended protective bail of PTI leaders Shibli Faraz and Faisal Javed. The petition seeking details of cases registered against senator Shibli Faraz and Faisal Javed came up for hearing in PHC Tuesday.
The petition came up for hearing before justice Sahibzada Asad Ullah and justice Salah ud Din Tuesday.
The counsel for the petitioner told the court that petitioners are members of Senate and cases have been registered against them.
Justice Sahibzada Asad Ullah inquired government has filed report or otherwise.
Assistant Attorney General (AAG) replied report has not been received from FIA so far. Some time be given to us. We will file report.
NAB prosecutor told the court there is no case of NAB against Shibli Faraz. In respect of Faisal Javed case we will file report.
The court while extending protective bail of Shibli Faraz and Faisal Javed till March 5 has ordered not to arrest them in the cases registered against them.
