PHC orders for recovering , presenting missing person

PESHAWAR: Peshawar High Court (PHC) has ordered to recover missing person and present him before it besides seeking report. Chief Justice (CJ) PHC S.M. Attique Shah remarked the petitioner be presented in the court. He should himself tell who had lifted him. Legal proceedings would be initiated if he was taken into illegal custody. The petition regarding missing persons came up for hearing in PHC. CJ PHC S.M Attique Shah heard the petitions. Deputy Attorney General, Additional Advocate General (AAG) , focal persons of home department and police appeared in the court. The CJ PHC said the petitioner be presented in the court. He himself should tell who had lifted him. Legal proceedings would be initiated if he was lifted illegally. The counsel for the petitioner said the applicant went to Dabgari garden on May 2 in connection with his treatment and went missing. AAG said we will see CDR in it the petitioner has gone missing from where.
SHO police station Mattani said we have neither lifted missing person Sajid Raza and nor he has any knowledge in this regard.
The CJ PHC remarked this is unacceptable that SHO may have no knowledge about him. Either he has disappeared on his own or you have lifted him. One among both is lying. We reject CTD report in this respect.
The CJ PHC M Attique Shah said that report be presented again. Missing person be recovered and presented in the court.
