PESHAWAR: Peshawar High Court (PHC) has ordered to remove name of PTI leader Azam SwatI from ECL. PHC has issued written order with reference to hearing of petition seeking removal of name of Azam Swati from ECL. The court has accepted Azam Swat plea for removing his name from ECL. The court while issuing order for removing name of Azam Swati from ECL has directed PTI leader to file surety bonds worth Rs 5 crore. PHC has directed the petitioner should file surety bonds with registrar and he should appear whenever NAB calls him. Azam Swati has also filed petition in connection with his transit bail in PHC in a case registered in Islamabad. The petition said one more case has been registered against Azam Swati in Islamabad . He wants to appear in the respective courts. However his arrest is feared. therefore, he be granted transit bail.
