PESHAWAR: Peshawar High Court here Thursday stopped development works till holding of general election in KP and sought report. The order was passed by a two members bench comprising justices Ejaz Anwar and Syed Atiq Shah on a petition filed through Zakir Hissain Advocate. Additional Advocate General informed that devolopment projects in Bannu, Waziristan and other areas of KP were already launched before the caretaker government and its timely completion would help benefit people of these areas. Justice Ejaz Anwar said that mandate of caretaker government was holding free, fair and transparent election. APP
