PESHAWAR: Peshawar High Court (PHC) has suspended by polls schedule of National Assembly (NA) seats. The PTI members petition seeking suspension of by polls schedule for NA seats came up for hearing before PHC. The court while issuing brief decision remarked election commission schedule for by polls in respect of NA seats is suspended. The decision further said notice is issued to speaker NA to file his comments till March 07. PHC remarked three high courts have suspended by polls schedule. The other political parties have boycotted by polls. APP
