LAHORE: Judicial Magistrate Lahore has handed over DSP Usman Haider involved in killing his wife and daughter to police on further 3 days physical remand for recovery of pistol from him. DSP Usman Haider who is behind killing his wife and daughter was presented in Cantt Kutchery in the case of threatening the plaintiffs. The police presented the accused in the court of judicial magistrate Ali Akbar on expiry of physical remand. Nasir Kamboh counsel for the plaintiff took the plea pistol has to be recovered from the accused as yet. Investigation officer Inspector Alam told the court more investigation is required from the accused with reference to the case. The court granted physical remand of the accused for further three days. It is pertinent to mention here police could not register murder case of his wife and daughter against the DSP Usman Haider so far. APP
