PM approves 19 new envoy’s appointment abroad

Prime Minister (PM) Shehbaz Shareef has approved the appointment of nineteen new ambassadors to various countries.
Approval was given on summary send by foreign minister Bilawal Bhutto Zardari.
Totally 19 new ambassadors and one consul general were appointed on Tuesday.
Pakistan ambassador to Berlin Dr. Faisal will be new high commissioner to Great Britain.
Dr. Bilal who was serving as DG in Foreign minister now will be Pakistan’s permanent representative United Nations in Geneva.
Aysha Ali in Prague, Javed Imrani in Tunis, Khalid Hussain in Aljazair, Mian Atif Shareef in Ethopia will be new ambassador of Pakistan.
Abrar Hussain will be new high commissioner to Kenya.
Khalil Hashmi who is permanent representative Pakistan in Geneva United Nations has been approved now as Ambassador in Russia.
Source said Mudassir Tippu in Tehran, Zeeshan in Iraq, Saghib Rauf in Bahrain as new ambassador of Pakistan.
Pakistan high commissioner to Keyna Sayeda Saqlain now will be Pakistan ambassador to Germany.
Pakistan ambassador to Ethiopia Shozab Abbas now will serve as ambassador to Mexico.
Shoaib Serwer in Denmark, Naeem Ullah in Rawanda, Mudassir Choudhry in Marrakech Ahsen Raza Shah in Malaysia, Ahmed Mahroof will new ambassador of Pakistan to Bangladesh.
Pakistan ambassador to Saudi Arabia Amir Khurrram Rathor now will be in Indonesia same as Pakistan ambassador to Denmark Ahmed Farook will be ambassador to Saudi Arabia.
Amir Ahmed Atouzai has been appointed as Consul General in NewYork.
Two names in the summary were object by Prime Minister Office, one is former foreign secretary Sohail Mehmood who was recommended as ambassador to China and second was Hamad Asghar the Pakistan’s ambassador to Marrakech was recommended to be the new ambassador to Turkmenistan. Both names were removed from the summary and others were approved.
All new ambassadors will take charge of their diplomatic duties in their designated countries.
