Prime Minister (PM) Imran Khan has condoled with chairman Senate over the demise of his brother.
He expressed condolence during his meeting with chairman Senate in PM House Thursday.
The two exchanged views on parliamentary affairs during the meeting.
PM said that priority is being given to legislation of matters related to public interest. Amendments in laws are being made to provide speedy justice to people.
PM held that opposition shuold support government in public interest oriented legislation. Criticism on us and politics will continue but opposition should support legislation of public interest.
Chairman Senate informed PM about pending bills in Senate and issue of Minister’s attendance in the sessions.
