PML-N spokesperson Maryam Aurangzeb has said Prime Minister (PM) Imran Khan should abandon re-inaugurating Shahbaz Sharif projects and work out planning to go home.
“Imran Sahb, Knowledge park in DHA Lahore was built in October 2014 during PML-N government. Shahbaz Sharif has already inaugurated this project. You should now stop from re-inaugurating the projects launched by Mian Shahbaz Sharif”, she said this in a statement issued here Thursday.
“People don’t want false name plates . They want Imran Khan to go home”, she remarked.
:Level allegations against Nawaz Sharif and Shahbaz Sharif round the clock, register false cases against them and then install your name plates on their projects, she underlined.
She indicated that acquisition of land, planning and all the work in respect of knowledge park was completed by Shahbaz Sharif in 2014. Shahbaz Sharif has also executed agreement for establishment of university in collaboration with Italian university along with knowledge park, she added.
The theft of plan and advertisement of E-library set up by Shahbaz Sharif has also started. 21 E-Library was set up throughout Punjab including Qaddafi Stadium in 2017. Imran Khan shut all t he libraries set up by Shahbaz Sharif. He got conducted investigation by NAB into the project of libraries and suspended funds to them.
NAB had to close the case for not finding any evidence of corruption in December 2021, she remarked.
Imran Khan has only capability to replace the name plates of Shhabaz Sharif projects and install his name plate, she added.
