Prime Minister (PM) Shahbaz Sharif has summoned important meeting of National Security Committee (NSC) today (Friday).
The civil and military leadership will participate in the meeting.
According to sources PM Shahbaz Sharif will preside over the meeting of NSC at PM house.
The heads of intelligence institutions will give briefing to the meeting on national security. The overall peace and security situation will be reviewed.
The details of ongoing operations against terrorism in the country will be presented before the participants of the meeting.
The heads of intelligence agencies will also take part in the meeting. They will give briefing on the overall security situation of the country.
Finance minister Ishaq Dar will brief the participants of meeting on talks with IMF and economic situation of the country.
