ISLAMABAD, November 7 (Online): Federal Minister for Information and Broadcasting Senator Shibli Faraz said the Prime Minister has taken strict notice of the top vacant posts in various ministries and divisions.
According to media reports while talking to a private news channel, he said the federal cabinet had decided in its last meeting to complete the process of appointments on these positions within ninety days.
Shibli Faraz said the government has constituted a restructuring committee headed by Dr Ishrat Hussain for merging irrelevant departments in order to improve overall efficiency of the government institutions.
