Islamabad: Former PM Nawaz Sharif’s spokesperson and former Governor Sindh Muhammad Zubair has denied contesting senate elections. Sources claim that Zubair’s vote was moved to Lahore from Karachi but Ticket wasn’t issued to Zubair in order to adjust other candidates. In a statement on Saturday, Zubair clarified that neither he will contest elections from Punjab nor from Sindh. Online
