Peshawar: Police on Wednesday foiled attempt murder and arrested a person who allegedly attacked on police party and a person under police custody. Pandu Police Station said that a person identified as Noor Islam faced a murder attempt in police custody. Sub-Inspector Muhammad Sher Khan took immediate action without caring for his life and foiled the attack of the accused. Police investigation said that the accused identified as Hazrat Wali resident of Bery Bagh area. Police also recovered weapons from the suspect possession. Following the incident, Sheer Khan has been awarded cash prize and a certificate of appreciation for his bravery and valor. Haqnawaz Shinwari
