PESHAWAR
Police on Tuesday claimed to have arrested a suspect and recovered illegal weapons in the limits of Bhana Mani Police Station, said a handout.
The arrested accused belongs to Badhabir area who was allegedly involved in various crimes. Police during the preliminary investigation recovered a Kalashnikov and dozens of rounds of ammunition from the possession of the arrested suspect.
Bhanamari police station was informed that a suspected armed accused was present in the area of Kohat Road for the purpose of a serious incident.
The police took timely action and arrested the suspect. A case has been registered and further investigation has been launched.
