Tareen group leader Awn Chaudhry has made telephonic contact with Jahangir Tareen informing him that positive indications for change in Punjab have been received.
Jahangir Tareen has said the group should remain united and take decisions with mutual consultations.
According to media reports Awn Chaudhry has telephoned Jahangir Tareen leader of Tareen group and briefed the latter about his meetings and contacts with government personalities. He also informed Jahangir Tareen about his contacts and meeting with defence minister Pervez Khattak.
Awn Chaudhry told Jahangir Tareen federal minister Pervez Khattak has met him and said that Tareen group should withhold its decisions. Positive indications have been given for change in Punjab in this meeting. The high profile personalities of Punjab have also held meeting with Tareen group.
According to Awn Chaudhry Jahangir Tareen has said group should stay united and make decisions with mutual consultations. Jahangir Tareen can return to Pakistan within a week if the doctors allow him.
