PESHAWAR: Power outages continue in the city and surrounding areas with the load shedding in the inner city reaching 6 hours and in other areas the duration reaching 10 hours. It is relevant to mention here that the power outage continues for 14 to 15 hours in the surrounding area and people also come out on the road blockade to protest the uncalled load shedding during the Eid holidays. They demanded the provincial government and federal government to take action in this connection because there is also a problem of low voltage and tripping of electricity in the city and suburbs.
