PESHAWAR
Pakistan People’s Party (PPP) on Friday announced the names of office-bearers for the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa (KP) chapter.
According to a notification issued by the party’s secretary general Nayyar Hussain Bukhari, Sartaj Khan Duranpur and Salim Khan have been named as vice presidents of the PPP with immediate effect.
The party has chosen Tariq Khattak and Afsar-ul-Mulk for the slot of vice-presidents of PPP in the province.
Gohar Inqilabi, veteran party leader, has been appointed as deputy secretary information of the party in KP.
For running the party financial affairs in the province, the PPP leadership accorded approval to appoint Ziaullah Afridi as the provincial secretary finance.
The PPP has appointed Farzand Ali Wazir and Sajjad Shirazi for the posts of the provincial coordination and deputy coordination secretary respectively.
In a statement secretary general Mr Bukhari has said that the notification for the office-bearers has been issued with the approval of PPP chairman Bilawal Bhutto Zardari.
