PPP leader condemns Lakki Marwat attack, pays tribute to martyred policemen

Pakistan Peoples Party (PPP) central secretary general Muhammad Humayun Khan has strongly condemned the attack on a police vehicle in Lakki Marwat that left six policemen martyred.
In a statement, Mr Humayun Khan expressed deep sorrow over the incident, saying the policemen attained the high and noble status of martyrdom while performing their duties.
“The sacrifice of these brave sons of the nation will always be remembered,” he said, adding that the cowardly acts of terrorism could not dampen the morale of the nation.
He expressed solidarity with the families of the martyrs, saying, “We share their grief equally.”
Mr Humayun Khan also paid tribute to the police and security forces for their relentless sacrifices in the pursuit of peace across the country. “The sacrifices of the KP Police are unforgettable,” he said, reaffirming the party’s respect for the fallen officers.
