An important meeting of the PPP Khyber Pakhtunkhwa (KP) provincial cabinet was held under the chairmanship of Muhammad Humayun Khan at the party’s provincial secretariat here on Friday.
Secretary Malik Tamash, Deputy Secretary Information Khan Saleem Khan, and other seniors leaders participated in the meeting.
Presidents of divisions and all sub-wings across the province were also present on the occasion.
During the meeting, instructions were issued to workers to prepare for the local body elections while the party mobilization strategy was decided with regard to inactive organizations across the province.
“It was decided to launch a full-fledged public relations campaign and also to take a first stand against the IMF budget at every forum” said the statement issued after the meeting.
Humayun Khan said that the tsunami of inflation has hit the people hard and PPP will not leave the business community alone in any way.
Amjad Khan Afridi as saying that the workers, farmers, traders and the general public are badly affected by the PTI government.
PPP will never accept any more burden on the people, the Provincial General Secretary Shuja Khan said.
He added that if load shedding was not controlled, no one would be able to stop the series of public demonstrations against the rulers. He said that the government’s performance is limited to social media.
