The Chairman Pakistan Red Crescent Society (PRCS) for merged districts of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa (KP) Asif Khan Mehsud has said that all kinds of cooperation will continue with the government to prevent Lashmina in South Waziristan.
The society distributed more than 7,000 mosquito nets, 1250 hygiene kits and 300 hundred food items among the COVID-19 affected families in the different parts of the district.
Mosquito nets and hygiene kits were distributed in different villages of South Waziristan of Tehsil Ladha, Sarvekai, and Sararogha, on the instructions of the district administration.
Asif Khan Mehsud said that South Waziristan is a backward district and its development is our duty as well as no compromise will be made on the development of the area.
He said that four basic health centers would be set up in North and South Waziristan, which would provide medical staff and ambulance services including medicines.
However, landmines in North and South Waziristan is also a major challenge to government and related and PRCS is keenly interested to give awareness that how some can protect himself from the explosive mitigates.

During the ceremony, Asif Mehsud also said that we are doing our best to help our brothers in different ways.
