Parliament attack case
ISLAMABAD
Anti Terrorism Court (ATC) Islamabad has acquitted president Arif Alvi, foreign minister Shah Mehmood Qureshi,, minister for planning Asad Umar, deence minister Pervez Khattak and education minister Shafqat Mehmood in parliament attack case.
Provincial minister KP Shaukat Yousufzai, Ejaz Chaudhry, Aleem Khan and Jahangir Tareen have also been acquitted in this case.
The case came up for hearing before ATC Islamabad led by Judge Muhammad Ali Warraich here Tuesday.
The prosecution did not oppose the acquittal pleas of the accused persons during the hearing of the case.
