President Arif Alvi on Wednesday telephoned Chief of Army Staff (COAS) General Qamar Javed Bajwa, state media reported.
According to a report by Radio Pakistan, latest helicopter crash tragedy was discussed during the conversation.
The President said our sympathies are with the Pakistan Army and the families of the martyrs in this moment of grief.
He said that he will visit residences of the bereaved families to express his condolences.
