PESHAWAR: The President of Pakistan, Dr. Arif Alvi, awarded the Excellence in Engineering Service Award 2022 and gold medal to Engr. Naeem Khan, Chief Executive Officer (CEO) Pakhtunkhwa Energy Development Organization (PEDO), said a press release issued here on Wednesday. Engr. Naeem Khan is a former Secretary Irrigation, Energy and Power departments and has over 40 years of excellent services in the fields of water and energy. In this regard, Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) organized a special ceremony to give awards to various engineers related to the field of engineering from all over the country for their excellent services. The Chairman Pakistan Engineering Council Engineer Najeeb Haroon and other important figures related to the field of engineering also participated. Meanwhile, on this occasion, the concerned officers of the Energy & Power department as well as PEDO’s Officers Association welcomed and congratulated CEO Engr. Naeem Khan on receiving an award for his 40 years of service in the Energy and Power sectors. They termed this honor as his hard working, honesty and dedicated efforts. APP
