After the last night visit of Chief Minister Punjab Shahbaz Sharif, who visited the every nook and corner of Qaddafi Stadium, the administration has brought improvements in the facilities being offered to the spectators of Pakistan Super League final on Sunday.
The CM was annoyed on unsatisfactory arrangements. The entire administration was directed to complete the tasks before dawn.
22 new water coolers have been installed
Four mechanical lavatories installed 2 at FC college – 1 at PCSIR and 1 barkat market. These mechanical lavatories are for the drivers who will have to stay with their vehicles in the parking areas
Parking areas have been lit up with powerful lights
Public address system has been improved by installing more speakers and expanding its coverage Signage (for the assistance of the citizens) have been improved by the PHA.
Beautification of the stadium and its surroundings have been completed by the PHA with horticulture interventions.
Two Mobile Health Units have been placed at the stadium
Temporary hospital established has started functioning at the stadium
First Aid facilities in each enclosure within the stadium established
‘Lost & Found’ counter has been established for the spectators inside the stadium
Security personnel’s presence in each enclosure in civil uniform will be ensured.
