Chairman PTI Imran Khan has filed bail plea in Supreme Court (SC) in cipher case.
Chairman PTI has submitted bail plea under article185 of the constitution.
The petition said cipher case was instituted on political grounds. High Court could not bring the political grounds of the case under consideration.
The petition further said the ill-intent of FIA which is subordinate to interior ministry is very clear. Cipher and foreign funding cases indicate malafide intent of FIA.
The court was requested to release the accused on bail in the case.
