PESHAWAR (INP): The dissident group of Pakistan Tehrike Insaf (PTI) has convened workers\’ convention on August 21 here, to force Chief Minister Khyber Pakhtunkhwa to implement the 13-point reform agenda of PTI chairman Imran Khan in letter and spirit.
They have decided to inform the party leadership that KP Chief Minister was not sincere in implementation of party’s reform agenda in the province and the workers\’ convention would part of the efforts to force the CM for across the board reforms.
The party sources said that the disgruntled members including MNAs Dawar Khan Kundi, Khiyal Zaman, Sajid Nawaz and Junaid Akbar Khan and MPAs Yasin Khalil, Qurban Ali and other have convened a meeting on August 10 here to schedule for workers\’ convention in other districts of the province.
Criticizing Pervez Khattak, they said that the CM deceiving the party leadership and the provincial people had issued 100 percent funds for ongoing development schemes adding that all the ongoing development schemes were either being executed in Nowshera or Swabi. They said the CM and his cabinet were using the development funds discriminatory and executing all the projects in their own constituencies instead of across the province.
