Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) leader and former president of Tehsil Garhi Kapura Insaf Sports and Culture Wing. Faisal Aman has announced his resignation from PTI and politics along with his colleagues and family, addressing a crowded news conference at Mardan press club Faisal Aman said that he is ending his 27-year association with PTI.
He strongly condemned the vandalism incidents on May 9 and said that Pakistan and the country’s institutions are the first priority. He added that in 1996 he joined the PTI that when Imran Khan came in power he would change the system of injustice and would follow his slogan.
He argued that after coming to the government everything was different. He argued that in ten years, the decision of the party was given to those who were not distantly related to the party and they only joined the party to enjoy power.
He said that he was disappointed with the party policies for a long time as there was no respect for the old workers in the party after coming to the government while the flatterers who came down from the umbrella and joined the party overnight made the entire party miserable. He said that after the incidents of May 9, an FIR was lodged against him and he went to jail.
He said that Imran Khan’s policy of hating the country’s institutions misled the party workers, which resulted in the unfortunate incidents of May 9.
He argued that PTI has spent its time in the government in allegations, censure of institutions and corruption, due to which the old workers of the party have become disillusioned and are leaving politics and the party
