MARDAN: Office bearers and elected representatives of Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf union council Fatima have announced to quit the party along with their colleagues. Addressing a news conference at Mardan press club Senior Vice President Lal Johar and Village Council Gadar representative Mohammad Riaz Said that due to the attitude of the party leadership majority of the workers are thinking of quitting the party. They said that the claimants of change and democracy have made a selection in their intra-party and the Election Commission should take notice of the PTI selection in the intra party election. He said that PTI Chairman Imran Khan before coming in power raised the slogan of change, development of national institutions and changing the lives of the poor, but after coming in power he forgot his promises and brought the corrupt group to the fore and handed over the country to them for four years. They added that Imran Khan spent his time
denigrating the institutions, slandering and playing the role of political personality, which benefited the enemies of the country and
taught the worst lesson of immorality to the young generation at every opportunity. They said that PTI workers are disappointed with him and
his policies and a big number of workers are leaving the party. Large numbers of workers of union council Fatima were also present at this
occasion. Later on, they gathered in front of the press club against PTI intra-party election and raised slogans and said that PTI is no
longer a democratic party. The Election Commission took notice of the so-called party election.

The committee will come up with final proposals to this end after looking into all the legal and technical aspects of the matter. Various matters related to curb the menace of cheating in examinations and screening tests came under discussion in the meeting; and it was decided to put in place an effective mechanism to curb the illegal use of technological gadgets for cheating in examination and screening tests. All the concerned stakeholders were directed to sit together and evolve a mechanism in this regard. It was further decided to take strict action against the networks of individuals involved in breaching the secrecy of examinations and screening tests; and the Chief Minister directed the concerned authorities to work on the required amendments in the relevant laws with the aim to propose more stringent punishment to people involved in such illegal activities. The Chief Minister termed cheating as a menace and a crime against society; and directed all the concerned quarters to sit together and come up with feasible plan of action to curb this menace effectively.
