ANP leader from Tank joins PTI
PESHAWAR
Chief Minister Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Mahmood Khan has said that Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) has become the most popular political party across the country, saying “imported federal cabinet have failed in denting the political stature of PTI”.
Mahmood Khan said that PTI has proved that it is the only party that is representative of Pakistanis and is currently fighting “corrupt Mafias” in the country single handedly.
While addressing the joining ceremonies of different delegations of prominent political figures from district Tank, Haripur and D.I.Khan, Mahmood Khan clarified that Chairman PTI Imran Khan is the only hope for a prosperous and developed future of Pakistan.
According to details, Member Provincial Assembly from D.I.Khan Ihtesham Javed Akbar, ex-candidate of ANP from district Tank Ghulam Qadir Khan Battani, prominent leaders of ANP Malik Gulistan Battani, Haji Shumal Battani and Independent Candidate for Tehsil Chairman Jandola Haji Muhammad Aslam Battani called on the Chief Minister and formally announced to join PTI.
Similarly, Haji Muhammad Rehman (Jahazoon Wala) from Tehsil Ghazi District Haripur alongwith other political workers also called on the Chief Minister and announced joining PTI.
PTI Provincial President Pervez Khattak, Ex-Federal Ministers Ali Amin Ganda Pur and Umar Ayub, Provincial Minister Arshad Ayub, Special Assistant to CM on Information Barrister Muhammad Ali Saif, MPA Akbar Ayub and others were also present on the occasion.
The Chief Minister welcomed the newcomers to the fold of PTI and appreciated their confidence in the PTI leadership.
“PTI will sweep the polls in the next general elections throughout the country and will form government with a huge majority,” he added and lamented that PTI government at centre was abolished through alleged regime change conspiracy adding that imported rulers, who plotted the conspiracy against a democratically elected government by citing inflation, have in fact played havoc with the national economy.
“They (PDM) were never concerned with inflation or other public issues. They only wanted to come into power to abolish corruption cases against them and protect their looted wealth” he remarked and said that since the alleged regime change at centre, inflation is increasing with each passing day; skyrocketing prices of essential commodities have made the life of citizens miserable.
The Chief Minister maintained that during the PTI government at the centre, the national economy was stabilizing and a number of public welfare initiatives were launched despite daunting challenges. Ihsaas programme, sehat card, shelter homes, langar khanas, provision of financial assistance, nutrition programme and many more initiatives were taken despite covid-19, that hit the global economy badly. However, the political opponents could not bear this and resorted to a conspiracy and imposed a conglomerate of incompetent rulers on the country by toppling the democratically elected government of Imran Khan. The country is currently on the verge of default due to incompetence and self-centered policies of the incumbent federal government.
The Chief Minister made it clear that whatever imported rulers do, we will never let them succeed in their nefarious ambitions. We will firmly stand for the rights of people and will form a government with a huge majority in the upcoming general elections, he concluded.
