PESHAWAR
PTI has decided to move Supreme Court (SC) against governor KP for not complying apex court orders.
PTI leader Shaukat Yousufzai said PTI will file a new petition in SC with reference to election of KP assembly.
He said governor KP had given date of May 28 for holding polls in respect of KP assembly but this date was changed without any reason. He said PTI would request SC for holding general election in regard to KP assembly on May 28.The matter of non compliance of SC order will also be raised in the petition.
According to Shaukat Yousufzai whosoever has not given date is liable to be tried under article 6. The lawyer of governor KP has fled from court like PDM.
