Punjab CM calls on PM Khan


Islamabad : Punjab Chief Minister Sardar Usman Buzdar on Wednesday called on Prime Minister Imran Khan in Islamabad.

They, during the meeting, discussed in detail the matters pertaining to Punjab’s administrative matters, political affairs and availability of flour and sugar in the province.

During the one-on-one meeting, the leaders also discussed the matters pertaining to the improvement of administrative affairs of Punjab and reviewed various suggestions. Prime Minister Imran Khan directed Usman Buzdar to ensure sustainability in the prices of wheat and flour in Punjab, adding that the flour crisis will not be tolerated. The PM also directed strict action against profiteers in the province.

The prime minister said he has tightened grip over profiteers and is taking measures for the betterment of the people.
The chief minister also discussed reshuffling of high ups of different departments in the province. Some important decisions are likely in the coming days.

Meanwhile, member Punjab Assembly Muhammad Latif also called on Prime Minister Imran Khan in his office. He informed the PM about the problems of his area. The prime minister, during the meeting, said providing relief to the people from inflation and completion of ongoing development projects are on priority of the PTO government.
