LAHORE: Provincial Secretary Local Government Irshad Ahmed has retired from service and called on Punjab Chief Minister Mohsin Naqvi in Lahore on Wednesday. During the meeting, Chief Minister Mohsin Naqvi appreciated the services of Irshad Ahmed regarding the performance of official duties.
