In a significant development for the business community, the Pakistan Industrial and Traders Associations Front (PIAF) witnessed a massive inclusion of new members as Mian Faisal Majeed, President of the Punjab Fruit and Vegetable Association (Registered), along with his entire team, formally joined PIAF (Anjum Nisar Group).
The induction ceremony, held at PIAF’s head office in Gulberg, was attended by a large number of traders, industrialists, and office-bearers from various business associations.
PIAF Patron-in-Chief and Vice President SAARC Chamber, Mian Anjum Nisar, presented the membership certificate to Mian Faisal Majeed and his team, welcoming them into the PIAF family.
He lauded their decision, stating that their inclusion would significantly strengthen PIAF’s vision of uniting the business community under one platform and would contribute meaningfully to the progress of both PIAF and the Lahore Chamber of Commerce and Industry (LCCI).
Speaking at the event, Mian Anjum Nisar reaffirmed that PIAF has been serving the business community with dedication and commitment for the past 29 years.
He said, “PIAF’s mission has always been to protect and promote the interests of traders and industrialists.
We believe in teamwork, representation, and delivering practical solutions to the challenges faced by the business community.” He added that PIAF has evolved into a national movement representing traders and industrialists from every market and sector across the country.
Acting Chairman PIAF Nasrullah Mughal and former LCCI President Muhammad Ali Mian also addressed the ceremony, highlighting PIAF’s consistent track record of performance, integrity, and service.
They stated that PIAF has always prioritized merit and talent within the business community, empowering emerging leaders from various sectors to play an active role in economic development.
President Punjab Fruit and Vegetable Association Mian Faisal Majeed, while announcing his unconditional support for PIAF, commended the leadership and vision of Mian Anjum Nisar.
He remarked, “The Founders Group has fragmented due to poor performance and undemocratic practices. Today, we have chosen to align ourselves with PIAF because it stands for unity, professionalism, and genuine service to the business community.”
Mian Faisal Majeed’s joining was seen as a major boost to PIAF’s growing influence across Punjab’s trade and industrial sectors. His team, including key representatives of the Punjab Fruit and Vegetable Association and prominent market leaders, pledged to work under PIAF’s umbrella for the collective betterment of traders and entrepreneurs.
