LAHORE: No date could be finalized for elections to the Punjab Assembly in the meeting between Punjab Governor Balighur Rehman and officials of the Election Commission of Pakistan (ECP) held on Tuesday in the light of the LHC order. Later speaking to media, spokesman for the governor said that there were some points in the high court’s verdict which needed explanation. “For that, the governor will consult with his legal experts before approaching the court,” he added.
