Punjab govt releases Khadija Shah, Quetta police arrest her

Quetta police have arrested PTI social activist Khadija Shah from Lahore jail following the withdrawal of her detention order by Punjab government.
Case against detention of Khadija Shah came up for hearing in Lahore High Court (LHC).
Punjab government withdrew the detention order of Khadija Shah therein. The state counsel will present written order in the court in this respect.
It is said that Jahanzeb Amin husband of Khadija Shah has resorted to LHC against her detention.
The court reserved judgment on petition against detention in previous hearing.
Counsel for petitioner requested the court to issue directive to summon Khadija Shah in the court.
Khadija Shah was arrested by Quetta Police from Lahore jail after her detention order was withdrawn by Punjab government.
The court granted 2 days transit remand of Khadija Shah. The court has ordered that Khadiaj Shah be presented in respective court on expiry of transit remand.
On the other hand investigation against Khadija Shah has been launched on money laundering charges. Some dubious transaction surfaced in the bank account of detained Khadiaj Shah after May 9 incidents.
On the basis of it the FIA started inquiry against social media activist Khadija Shah under anti money laundering act.
Sources said that FIA has sent letters to the respective departments for providing details of bank accounts.
Investigation will be started from Khadija Shah on receipt of all record. Investigation from Khadija Shah will be made in jail. She will be questioned about foreign transaction made from her bank accounts.
