Chairman Senate Muhammad Sadiq Sanjrani said in his special message on the occasion of the birth anniversary of Father of the Nation Quaid-e-Azam Muhammad Ali Jinnah that Quaid-e-Azam Muhammad Ali Jinnah was a great leader and a great figure of intelligence and generosity.
Muhammad Ali Jinnah, with his high character, persistence and struggle, united the Muslims of the subcontinent on one platform and started the struggle for a separate country, Chairman Senate said.
Further he said that he implemented the establishment of Pakistan on the basis of the two-nation theory for the Muslims of the Indian subcontinent. The establishment of Pakistan is the result of the tireless efforts of Quaid-e-Azam Muhammad Ali Jinnah.
Entire nation pays homage to the services of the founder of Pakistan and will always remain grateful to him, he added.
Sadiq continued that foresight and political vision of the father of the nation laid down guiding principles like unity, faith and discipline to change the destiny of the nation. Muhammad Ali Jinnah stood firm for the movement of Pakistan in such a way that the superpower of that time had to bow down in front of him.
Chairman Senate maintained that the main reason for the country’s problems is that we have forgotten the teachings that were pointed out by the fathers of the nation.
The only way to overcome the problems we are facing today is through strict implementation of the law and constitution. We have to follow the guiding principles of the founder of Pakistan and nurture peaceful, progressive and democratic attitudes by putting aside all kinds of differences to make our future bright, senate chairman said.
He prayed that Allah Almighty grant us all the opportunity to work together for the construction and development of the beloved country by following the footsteps of Quaid-e-Azam, Ameen.
Deputy Chairman Senate Mirza Muhammad Afridi while congratulating the nation on the occasion of Quaid-i-Azam Day said that Quaid-e-Izam Muhammad Ali Jinnah is the benefactor of all Pakistanis.
This independent state is the result of the tireless work and struggle of Quaid-e-Azam Muhammad Ali Jinnah. The entire nation pays tribute to the services of the founder of Pakistan.
