PESHAWAR: Rains and snowfall have further lowered temperatures across Chitral, while the surrounding mountains have been covered with a white blanket of snow. According to local authorities on Thursday, heavy rain has been reported in Chitral town and adjoining areas, while snowfall in the upper mountainous regions has intensified the cold. The early snowfall has covered the mountains with snow, creating a picturesque winter landscape. Meanwhile, temperatures in the plains are also expected to drop following the rainfall. APP
