ISLAMABAD: The Utility Stores Corporation (USC) is likely to announce a special discount package for the holy month of Ramazan that will be available from April 01, 2021. Managing Director USC Umer Lodhi has stated that ‘a special Ramazan discount Package’ would start from April 1 at all utility stores of the country with affordable rates, giving subsidy to over 19 essential commodities. He said that this year’s special relief package for the holy month would be different from the past years. In the light of the present experiences of high prices of food items in the market, comprehensive steps would be taken for the provision of best facilities to people during Ramazan, he added. TLTP
