Reforms in every sector imperative for prosperity and progress: Faiq

PESHAWAR: Amun Taraqqi Party (ATP) chairman Muhammad Faiq Shah said every sector requires reforms to put the country on sustainable economic growth, development and ensure socio-economic uplift of the people. Chairing a meeting here at the party’s central office on Saturday, Shah said ATP has proposed a complete strategy and roadmap for bringing economic and political stability in the country. He was of the view that every sector requires reforms to put the country on sustainable economic growth, development and social uplift of the people. For the sake of political stability and progress, Faiq asked the people to hold accountable themselves to those people who continuously betray with false commitments and fake slogans, and manifestos. The party leader said it is the duty of every person that he/she should make Pakistan great to the greatest nation. He made it clear that economy, society and politics cannot be made progress until creating such kind of awareness among the general masses. Faiq said that his party is carrying out the ‘Sochta Pakistan’ campaign and his party has given a comprehensive roadmap for economic and political stability in the country. He invited people, government, farmers, traders and experts to be part of this campaign and give a vibrant strategy for making the country’s policies concrete and progress. Shah re-emphasized education, agriculture and industries should be prioritized. The ATP chairman asked farmers and landlords to sit with experts and adopt the latest technology methods and tools for improving yield. He said many issues would be resolved promptly by uplift of the agriculture sector on an emergent basis. He sought proactive initiatives for making the education sector viable and workable.
