Including 175 referral cases, Rescue 1122 has tackled 461 different kinds of emergencies in Landi Kotal,Jamrud and Bara sub-divisions of district Khyber in the month of September with the motto of providing relief in the earliest hours.
Sharing reports of district emergency officer Syed Shoab Mansoor said that the department timely responded to 461 emergencies in the month of September, comprised 213 medical happens,35 road mishaps,02 fire incidents,10 injuries of brawls and firing,01 drowning happen and 25 were miscellaneous urgent situations.
The report read that 453 patients were appropriately responded, provided first aid and were shifted to nearest health centers for medical treatment while 07 persons passed away on the spot. Countless fake calls was the main and constant grievance that suffered the efficiency of Rescue 1122 to respond timely to any genuine emergency that needed to be halted,Mr Mansoor remarked.
District emergency officer asked people to cooperate with Rescue 1122 that was the fastest emergency rescue service of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa that served the masses without any breakage.
